Long Lake discusses new tractor purchase and adds transfer-station attendant

He relayed a complaint that the Raquette Lake transfer station had unsafe, uneven ground; Lamphear said ongoing building construction would correct the condition, and the alternative would be to close the RL station and require residents to use the Long Lake station.
