Bird Aye; Thomas L. Donnelly Aye; Richard B. Dechene Aye; Nathan S. Hosley Aye. The board did not specify a construction start date during the meeting.
The resolution cites Highway Law §140 (superintendent responsibility) and Town Law §200(1) for authority to approve highway improvements; the resolution requires that the extension, when completed, be incorporated in the Town Highway Inventory and maintained as a public highway.
