Long Lake board invokes temporary easement to stabilize Jennings Park Pond causeway

Supervisor Clay J. Arsenault and the town attorney were authorized to execute all documents and provide required notices. The board also authorized expenditure of necessary funds from infrastructure budgets and required periodic project updates from the project superintendent or engineer.
Motion and vote: The resolution (2026.29) was moved by Councilman Nathan S. Hosley, seconded by Councilman Thomas L. Donnelly and adopted 5–0, with Supervising Board members Arsenault, Donnelly, Bird, Hosley and Dechene recorded as voting Aye.
