Petitioner at 2230 East 75th Street agrees to transfer to July 7 BZA hearing after notice error

"It's okay. I mean, we've talked about it," he said. The board moved to transfer the petition to the July 7 BZA hearing and approved the transfer in a unanimous roll call.
