Board enters non-public session, grants several non-public abatements and tables one request

Under RSA 91-A:3 II(c) the board met in non-public from 3:32–3:59 p.m.; after the session the board granted abatements for 16 Irving St., 49 Washington St., and 150 Valley St., and tabled requests for 76 Endicott St. N to obtain more information; abatement slips, a land-use change tax approval, and a warrant were also signed.

The board voted to enter a non-public session at 3:32 p.m. under RSA 91-A:3 II(c) to consider matters that could adversely affect applicants' reputations and reconvened in public at 3:59 p.m. The roll-call votes for entering and exiting the non-public session are recorded in the minutes.
Following the session, the board granted the applicants' requests for abatements at 16 Irving St. (391-113-4), 49 Washington St. (351-232-52), and 150 Valley St. (368-221-24.001). The board voted to table the request for 76 Endicott St. N (162-252-12.006 & 162-252-12.009) in order to obtain additional information; the motion to table was made by Jim Rice and seconded by Karen Mudgett.
The board also signed abatement slips, approved a land-use change tax, and signed a warrant during the meeting.
