Londonderry says five projects advanced to full CDBG-DR application

A town staff member (S1) told the Select Board that all five projects Londonderry submitted to the CDBG-DR (Community Development Block Grant—Disaster Recovery) process were selected to advance to the full-application stage. "The full application is due September 30," the staff member said, and noted planned meetings with Mariah North, Kristen Gadbois and with Chris Kaffney of the Wyndham Regional Commission for grant-writing and grant-management support if the town is accepted for funding.
The staff member framed the development as "good news" but emphasized the short timetable and the need to mobilize support for the full application. Board members did not oppose moving forward; staff said they will continue working with regional partners on application materials and with the town administrator on any contract or grant-management tasks should the award be made.
