Committee approves $417,152 in 2025 maintenance carryovers

The approved carryovers are: Sidewalk Repair $10,400; Annex A/C Replacement $85,000; Window Replacement $20,000; Skywalk Stucco Repair $105,150; and Boiler Replacement $196,602. The motion to approve the requests was moved by Supervisor John Wittkopf and seconded by Supervisor Wesley Kobylarczyk and "was carried" according to the minutes. The committee did not record individual vote tallies in the minutes.
Committee members and county staff said the costs will be paid from the maintenance department’s budget and the request was made following routine end-of-year project timing. The approval preserves the budget authority to complete the listed projects in 2026.
