FFA alumni outline fundraising plans and request accountability for funds

The alumni representatives said funds would not be moved entirely outside of district accounting and requested monthly reporting of fund balances.
Business Manager Daryl Kent told the board that existing fund balances did not match district records and that accountability processes would be necessary. Trustees heard the presentation during the June 16 minutes and asked district staff to reconcile account balances as part of regular business-office oversight.
