Board expands Finance Committee to include community members from five trustee zones

Vice Chair Hall also reported the Finance Committee has been meeting to address timely completion of audits and recommended bringing additional community perspectives to committee work. The expansion is intended to add representation and increase public involvement in financial oversight; the board did not set application criteria or member selection procedures during this meeting.
