The City Council voted 7–0 on June 3, 2026 to approve Resolution #2026-63, which authorizes inducement for the sale and redevelopment of industrial property at 57 East 24th Street with developer IPF Realty, LLC. Alderman Sonia Perez moved the resolution and Alderman Kelli Merrick seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
