At a special meeting on Aug. 9, 2016, the Sun Valley City Council approved Ordinance No. 489, the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2016. Council President Keith Saks moved to read the ordinance by title only and the motion passed on a roll-call vote; the City Administrator then read the ordinance title to the council.
Council President Saks then moved to have the second reading of Ordinance No. 489; the motion was seconded by Council Member Michelle Griffith and passed by roll call. Recorded AYES were Council President Keith Saks, Council Member Jane Conard, Council Member Brad DuFur and Council Member Michelle Griffith; NAYS: none. The Mayor declared the motion approved. The measure was adopted at the meeting and the council adjourned at 4:12 p.m.
