The council approved a $5,800 quote to clean, apply hot rubberized crack sealant, and restripe the parking lot and basketball court. Mike Botelho moved to authorize the work; Tim McCarthy seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Public Works Superintendent Rick Reitz presented the estimate and said the repairs would address major cracks and re-mark parking spaces. Reitz also said staff will manage seasonal tasks such as locking and unlocking the pickleball/tennis gates beginning May 1 and the delivery of two porta-potties on May 1.
