The Minerva Central School District Board of Education’s special meeting began at 7:37 a.m., and the board immediately moved into executive session. The motion to enter executive session was made by Mrs. Griffen and seconded by Mrs. Killon and is recorded as carried 4-0; the board returned from executive session at 7:47 a.m. on a motion by Mrs. West, seconded by Mrs. Killon, also recorded as carried 4-0.
During the public portion of the minutes the board also recorded a motion by Mrs. Killon, seconded by Mrs. West, to cast ballots for the Washington Saratoga Warren Hamilton Essex BOCES Board of Elections, recorded as carried 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:52 a.m. on a motion by Mrs. West, seconded by Mrs. Killon; the minutes are signed by Cortney McCauliffe, Deputy District Clerk, April 22, 2025.
