The Minerva Town Board adopted its roster of appointments and salary schedule for 2025 during its Jan. 2 organizational meeting. The board approved multiple supervisor-appointed staff positions and set elected-official salaries, including Town Supervisor Stephen McNally at $45,184 and the Superintendent of Highways at $65,672.
Resolution #3 and Resolution #18, each offered and seconded from the board and adopted 4-0, specified pay lines for appointed roles: Letitia Williams was listed as Chairman of the Board of Assessors at $17,559; Jon Fish as Water Superintendent at $13,074; and Stacie McNally as Clerk to the Supervisor at $25.97 per hour for a full-time (40-hour) position. The board also confirmed hourly wages for transfer-station and highway laborers and equipment operators as part of Resolution #30. The meeting record shows the appointments and salaries were carried unanimously, "Adopted: 4-0."
