Board approves snow-removal, maintenance grant and boiler work; Buildings & Grounds reports EV charger

The board also approved the FY26 Maintenance Grant (25-89) and authorized McCauley to perform full preventive maintenance on four boilers at a cost of $20,800 (25-91); each motion carried on roll-call votes. Separately, Joe Sierra, director of buildings and grounds, told the board the district had completed a three-year asbestos re-inspection with no additional findings and "The district has received its first EV charging station for electric buses," with additional stations and a site survey with JMA architects planned.
A separation agreement and release with an administrative employee (25-90) was also approved by roll-call vote. The minutes do not include vendor contract documents or boiler-service scopes beyond the total cost recorded in the action item.
