Item 25-82 (Superintendent Bonus) — Member Kimberly Chalmers moved and Member LaKeya Webb seconded a motion to table approval of the superintendent's bonus for improved student proficiency (FY 2025, year 1). The roll-call vote to table carried unanimously.
Item 25-83 (School Calendar Modification) — Member LaKeya Webb moved and Member Kimberly Chalmers seconded approval of a school-calendar modification for the 2027–2028 through 2031–2032 school years in compliance with Illinois School Code 105 ILCS 5/2-3.25g; the motion passed by roll call.
