The Minerva Central School Board approved a set of fiscal and administrative designations at its July 10 meeting, naming Sun Community News (and Glens Falls Post Star via BOCES cooperative bid) as official newspapers and Arrow Bank, Community Bank and NYCLASS as official depositories. The board also approved bank signatories: Cortney McCauliffe and Superintendent Candice Husson for district accounts; Danae Tucker and Candice Husson for the tax collector account; and April Williams and Candice Husson for classroom activity accounts. The motions were recorded as carried 3-0.
As part of the designations the board set the regular monthly meeting schedule for the second Thursday at 6:30 p.m., with executive sessions before the meeting if needed. These designations establish official operating channels for notices, deposits and authorized signers for district transactions.
