The Minerva Central School Board of Education elected Nellie R. Halloran as board president and Hayley Killon as vice president during its annual reorganization meeting on July 10, 2025. The session was called to order by District Clerk Lynn Green at 6:37 p.m., and both leadership nominations carried following standard motions and seconds (each carried 3-0).
Oaths of office were administered to Board President Nellie R. Halloran, Vice-President Hayley Killon, Board Member Jessica West, Superintendent Candice Husson, District Clerk Lynn Green and Deputy Clerk Cortney McCauliffe. The board then proceeded to the rest of its reorganization business.
