Minerva board approves budget transfers, annual report and multiple summer events
Summary
The Town Board on Feb. 6 approved budget transfers totaling $3,327.73, accepted the 2024 annual financial report, authorized prepayment for an $8,470 LED sign, and approved summer events including concerts, bounce houses and a July music festival (up to $4,000).
The Minerva Town Board approved a package of routine resolutions at its Feb. 6 meeting, including budget transfers, acceptance of the 2024 Annual Financial Report and several community-event expenditures.
On a 4-0 roll-call vote (Aye – McNally, Dubay, LaBar, Fish), the board authorized budget transfers totaling $3,327.73: $1,174.40 from 19304.01 to 19504.01; $1,900.00 from 19904.01 to 35104.01; and $253.33 from 90608.01 to 90558.01. The annual financial report for the year ending Dec. 31, 2024, was also accepted by the board in the same recorded vote.
