With no further business, T. Wellman moved to adjourn, seconded by R. Smith, and the meeting adjourned at 7:39 p.m. The minutes were submitted by Deputy Assessor Megan Verlander and the Board later adopted them on August 4, 2026, and signed by Chair Richard Smith.
