The Village of Millerton Board of Trustees approved a set of routine minutes, vouchers and resolutions during its Feb. 10 meeting. Trustee David Sherman moved, and Deputy Mayor Matt Hartzog seconded, approval of the Jan. 13 and Jan. 27 minutes; the motion passed unanimously.
Trustees approved voucher numbers 2022080–2022098 covering General fund payments of $24,634.65 and Water fund payments of $6,553.34, for a total of $31,187.90. The board approved Resolution 2025-07 to recirculate amended SEQRA documents for the Eddie Collins Park Pool and Pool House revitalization project; Resolution 2025-09 authorizing an intermunicipal equipment agreement; and Resolution 2025-10 authorizing professional engineering services. Motions to enter and exit executive session were approved, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:29 PM.
All recorded motions at the meeting were approved by the five trustees present.
