The City Council approved Resolution 11-13-25 to advertise the sale of four residential lots owned by the City. Mayor Courtney presented the resolution which named the properties at 902 12th Street, 1005 13th Street, 1007 13th Street and 1510 13th Street; bids will be submitted by sealed bid and opened at the Council’s January meeting.
Ald. Volkman moved to authorize the sale and Ald. Lewis seconded. The resolution passed on a roll call vote of 6-0-2 with Aldermen Fritch and Dunn absent. No additional conditions or minimum bids were recorded in the minutes.
