Council to rebid Armory roof after no bids; award targeted for April

He recommended expanding the portion of the roof under consideration to create a larger project area and rebidding with an award date in April 2026, following recommendations from ADG, the firm managing the bidding process. Brewer moved to rebid using the larger area and Fritch seconded; the motion passed on a roll-call vote 6-0-1.
The rebid will reflect ADG's guidance and include revised scope and timeline; staff will return to council with results and a proposed contract award in April.
