Moira prepares plows, addresses sand budget and park improvements ahead of winter

On parks, Councilman Justin Robinson said hedges at Moira Park will be trimmed to string lights, the Cody O’Connor sign on Sayles Road is installed and illuminated, and volunteers scheduled two 'work bees' to finish the outfield surface for spring sports.
