At 7:10 p.m. the Town Board entered executive session to discuss matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person. The minutes record that the board discussed the matters and took no action in executive session, pending further consultation with the person and the Town Supervisor.
The board returned to regular session at 7:26 p.m. on a motion by Councilman Adam Deuyour, seconded by Councilman Timothy Trimm, and adjourned the meeting at 7:27 p.m. Upcoming meetings were scheduled for Oct. 8 (regular meeting at 6:00 p.m.) and Oct. 22 (budget workshop at 6:00 p.m.).
