Brian Lamphere, speaking in the public safety portion of the meeting, said mowing second notices have been sent and observed "There is nothing in the ordinance book for registered vehicles parking in grass." He also reported that the police department renovation is proceeding and that he discussed annual grants with Bridgette Stocks.
The board discussed options for scheduling and timekeeping, with President Steve Buss noting the approximate annual cost for a scheduling system. "The annual cost is approximately $1,000," Buss said. Lamphere separately recommended the Pace system to create schedules and track employee hours; the board did not vote on procurement at this meeting.
