The Minoa Board of Trustees convened a special budget workshop on Feb. 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the municipal building to begin work on the village's 2026-27 fiscal-year budgets. Trustee Abbott moved to open the Budget Workshop Meeting and Trustee Schepp seconded; "All in favor; motion carried," and Mayor Brazill opened the session.
Mayor Brazill told the board that "the purpose of the meeting is to work on the Village Budgets for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year." Present for the review were Trustees Abbott, Champagne (arrived 6:25 p.m.), Christensen and Schepp; Clerk-Treasurer Lisa L. DeVona; DPW Superintendent Tom Petterelli; Fire Chief Don Grevelding; and Deputy Fire Chief Trevor VanAuken. The workshop served to review departmental preliminary numbers and set items for the next session, which is scheduled for March 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
