Mayor William F. Brazill told trustees that the Village of Chittenango expressed interest in an Intermunicipal Agreement that would allow Minoa's Clerk-Treasurer to assist Chittenango's clerk's office. Trustee John H. Champagne moved and Trustee Eric S. Christensen seconded a motion authorizing Attorney Courtney Hills to draft the IMA; the motion carried.
During the public comment period, resident Robert Krol (105 Flaxwood Lane) congratulated Mayor Brazill on his NYCOM appointment as president. No further public comment or discussion was recorded in the minutes.
