Mark Saint John told the board that three bids were received on April 30, 2026 and that Yardberry was the low bidder at roughly 21% below the engineer's estimate of $420,880.
The work scope is a culvert rehabilitation; substantial completion is scheduled for March 9, 2027 with final completion May 6, 2027. The Office of Minority and Women Business Development reviewed Yardberry's submittal and found the firm made a good-faith effort to meet participation goals.
