The Leland Grove council voted to provide citywide, free leaf pickup for residents on March 30, April 13 and April 27, 2026. Alderperson Lance Cull moved the measure and Alderperson Todd Lafrenz seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
In department reports Alderperson Todd Lafrenz said Fox Meadow drainage improvements will resume as weather permits. Lafrenz said the city will install a sign on Greenbriar to warn drivers of an uneven road surface, and that a letter was sent to a resident whose cars line his driveway. Alderperson Cull also noted that bags of leaves need to be addressed by the city.
