The Lemont Township High School District 210 Board of Education convened a special meeting on Aug. 29, 2025 at 5:42 p.m. President Kurt Korte called the meeting to order and the roll call listed Members Gray, Marzec, Antonopoulos and Korte as present; Members Koehler, Driscoll and Kardas were recorded as absent. The meeting lasted approximately two minutes before adjourning at 5:44 p.m.
During the brief session the board approved Action Consideration #25-20 (Personnel Consent Agenda) by a 4-0 vote. Member Gray moved to adjourn and Member Marzec seconded; the minutes record the roll-call vote as Aye—Antonopoulos, Gray, Marzec and Korte; Nay—None. The minutes also close with signature lines naming Kurt Korte, President, and Michael J. Kardas, Sr., Secretary. The roll call earlier recorded "Kardas" as absent; the minutes therefore reflect an internal inconsistency between the attendance record and the signature block.
