The minutes note each hire is contingent upon "successful completion of all required documents and background checks."
The motion was recorded verbatim in the minutes: "It was moved by Member Marzec, seconded by Member Antonopoulos, that the Board approve the Personnel Consent Agenda." The minutes show no public comment on the item and no dissenting votes.
The board took the action during a special meeting that opened at 5:42 p.m. and adjourned at 5:44 p.m.
