The Town Board recorded that remaining JCAP grant funds will be used to purchase a 42 x 80 three-hour fire-rated pre-hung steel door with rim-style panic hardware and a 42 x 80 pre-hung steel entry door with panic hardware for the Justice Court; installation will be procured if grant funds allow or completed by the Supervisor at no cost. This action was recorded in the minutes as part of the JCAP grant administration.
Separately, Nolette's Metal Roofing Supply & Installation is scheduled to begin roof repairs on the Town Offices on Oct. 9, 2024. The board also declared a 2015 International dump truck, model 760, VIN#1HGTSSNT8FH6166, as surplus property after it was totaled in a motor vehicle accident and authorized the Highway Superintendent to sell or dispose of the vehicle under the Town's Procurement and Surplus Policy (Resolution #161-2024).
