Board President Laura Garrett called the Lockport School District 91 Committee of the Whole to order at 5:50 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2025, and the secretary recorded members present and staff attendance including Superintendent Dr. Wilkey and Principals Jennings and Koziol.
The board extended the standard invitation for public comment under Policy 2:230; no one accepted the invitation and no emailed comments were received. President Garrett moved to adjourn at 6:25 p.m.; the motion was seconded by Oxley-Turner and all present members voted to adjourn.
