The board recorded the following roll-call outcomes on Sept. 9, 2025: the 2025–2026 budget was adopted (ayes: Cutforth, Oxley-Turner, Rodriguez, Fracaro, Arvidson, Pinn and Garrett); the FY25 audit and annual financial report were accepted (ayes recorded unanimously); Press Policy Update Issue 119 was adopted; the personnel report was approved; and an intergovernmental agreement with LWASE for 2025–26 was approved. All votes were recorded as unanimous with no nays or abstentions.
Several of these items were routine or previously reviewed (Issue 119 had its first reading in August; the audit report was distributed at the meeting). No contested or split votes were recorded in the public minutes from this session.
