The Lockport School District 91 Committee of the Whole convened at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025, in the Kelvin Grove LRC. Board President Laura Garrett called the meeting to order and Board Secretary Gabriela Melber took the minutes.
The minutes list members present at roll call as Garrett, Oxley-Turner, Rodriguez, Arvidson and Cutforth. Two members were recorded as arriving late: Pinn at 5:48 p.m. and Fracaro at 6:05 p.m. The board opened the floor for public comment per Policy 2:230; no audience members accepted the invitation and no emailed comments were received.
At 7:03 p.m. Board member Oxley-Turner moved to adjourn, Board member Arvidson seconded, and the minutes state that all members voted affirmatively; the motion carried. The meeting record bears the signatures of Recording Secretary Jennifer Fracaro and Board President Laura Garrett.
