Board clears festival, parade, 5K and noise variances ahead of fall events

The board also approved extended band hours and a noise variance for Mulligans and Iron Horse on a motion by Christin Keeffer, second by Dean Rood.
With approvals in place, organizers may proceed with event planning and permit coordination with village staff and IDOT where applicable.
