Council approves resident survey plan to inform planning tasks; safety building to be surveyed separately

Council member Mike Botelho reported the Planning Task Force and Marcy from Southwest have prepared a survey; it will be included with January water bills, available via a code on a mailed flyer and on the village website. The council set a target return date of Feb. 7 or Feb. 14 and asked that weekly reminders be sent to encourage participation. The council also agreed to keep a public-safety building survey separate and to issue it later so planning on that item can continue without delay.
The motion to move forward with the survey was made by Mike Botelho, seconded by Brian Cassidy, and approved by the council.
