Village to send compliance letters after Safebuilt inspections of blighted properties

Village staff reported that Brandon Wirtjes has contacted the Oak Street property owner about a potential purchase and that Nicole Callos spoke with the owner at Village Hall to explain the inspection process and requirements. The inspector could not enter an apartment on Railroad Street but documented exterior conditions in the report. The Board did not set a specific remediation timeline in the minutes.
