Mike Botelho moved to nominate Tim McCarthy for Council President; Brian Cassidy seconded and the nomination was approved by a 5–0 roll call vote. After that vote, Tim McCarthy moved to nominate Brian Cassidy as President ProTem; Mike Mumper seconded and that nomination was also approved 5–0.
The council’s roll call listing earlier in the meeting recorded Tim McCarthy, Brian Cassidy, Mike Botelho, Nancy Thill and Mike Mumper as present along with department staff; motions to install leadership were uncontested.
