Morehouse board approves prior minutes, snow-and-ice, animal-sheltering and health policy renewals

The Town of Morehouse Board on Nov. 12 approved a package of routine items including prior meeting minutes and several intergovernmental and service agreements. Brian Taylor moved to accept minutes from Sept. 26, Oct. 8, Oct. 15, Oct. 23 and Nov. 7, 2024; Sonya DeVuyst seconded and the motion carried with no opposing votes.
The board approved the Hamilton County/Town of Morehouse Snow and Ice Agreement for 2024–2025, the renewal of the town's Animal Sheltering Agreement with Anita's Way and Stevens Swan Humane Society, and the renewal of the town's MVP Health Care policy. Each item was moved, seconded and recorded as "motion carried." Supervisor Anthony Fernandez opened the meeting to the public and said, "There were no questions or comments from the public."
