The Morehouse Town Board adopted its 2025 budget at a special public hearing on Nov. 7, 2024, at the Morehouse Town Recreation Building. The board entered Resolution No. 24-11-1 on the record, which states that the Town Board "hereby adopts the Town Budget for the year of 2025."
Supervisor Anthony Fernandez opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m., and the meeting record lists board members Sonya DeVuyst, William Uebele, Mary Ann Mosher and Brian Taylor as present along with Town Clerk Stephanie Tichenor. The meeting transcript and the resolution text show the adoption was recorded and seconded by Sonya DeVuyst; the resolution identifies the meeting location as 412 Rec Center Drive, Hoffmeister, NY.
The adoption followed a public hearing portion during which no members of the public spoke. The board then completed other business (including a reallocation for building repairs) before adjourning the session. The clerk’s record shows the formal adoption of the fiscal year 2025 budget under Resolution No. 24-11-1.
