Board votes to release certain closed-session minutes and destroy older closed-session audio recordings

Both motions passed by recorded voice vote: Ayes — Foutris, Vranas, Kwon, Oleniczak, Rosenberg, Theodore; Absent — Seta.
Board minutes state the motions were recommended by the Secretary of the Board after bi‑annual review and that approved minutes already exist for the recordings slated for destruction.
