Board updates PRESS 119 policies — clarifies voting-day absence guidance and community feedback language

Board members voted to approve the PRESS 119 items with the stated amendments; the motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote. President Ahlmann said she would seek additional clarification from the IASB representative on the inclusion and review of online PRESS updates.
