The Board approved a broad consent agenda that included ratification of payroll and vendor payments and a slate of personnel actions. The packet cited August 2025 payroll pay orders of $1,740,485 and vendor pay orders of $2,177,354.05; later vendor registers in the packet list board bills and a grand total in the vendor register package (grand total $3,253,762.91 for the September board bill run). The consent motion (moved by Kate Foster, seconded by Dan Helderle) passed on a roll-call vote 6-0.
Personnel items approved under the consent agenda included certified and classified employments and resignations and extra-duty assignments for 2025–26. Examples in the packet: certified long-term substitute placements (Kathy Dineen-Hendricks and Emma Halfman), classified hires (Eric Cremer, Jessica Crespo, Matthew Czyl), and extra-duty appointments such as cheer, wrestling assistant and yearbook sponsor stipends. The payroll and accounts-payable registers were included in BoardBooks for review.
Board members voting aye were Foster, Helderle, Nagler, Di Domenico, Novosel and Ahlmann. The approval covered multiple line items and contracts documented in the Board packet; the administration noted the fiscal impact of personnel is included in the FY2026 budget.
