The motion to approve payment of the listed invoices was moved by Member Oleniczak and seconded by President Theodore; recorded vote: Ayes — Foutris, Vranas, Kwon, Oleniczak, Rosenberg, Theodore; Nays — none; Absent — Seta.
Board minutes note that a public hearing and final adoption of the FY26 budget will occur at the Sept. 4, 2025 meeting; district staff presented referendum-borrowing scenarios and a future Todd Hall renovation during Finance Committee discussions earlier in July.
