The Borough of Chatham Board of Adjustment began its Aug. 28 meeting by adopting three sets of meeting minutes and approving three draft resolutions related to prior filings. The board accepted the June 26, 2024 minutes under resolution CV2024-20 and then approved resolutions ZB2024-221 (May 3 special meeting minutes) and ZB2024-22 (July 24 regular meeting minutes) after no members requested changes.
Chair (read into the record) said members had received drafts in advance and, after the chair moved to approve, the board voted with voice and roll-call affirmations. There were no substantive amendments to any of the drafts. The meeting then moved to agenda housekeeping and the night's hearings.
