Board approves routine minutes, payments and multiple facility motions; hires custodian

The Board of Education of Creve Coeur School District No. 76 unanimously approved several routine and facility-related actions at its Jan. 13, 2026 meeting at the Litchfield Building.
Board members voted to approve the Dec. 16, 2025 regular meeting minutes and the Dec. 9, 2025 special meeting minutes, the Payments List for Dec. 17, 2025 through Jan. 13, 2026, and the Treasurer's Report for November 2025. Roll-call yeas were Brenda Keogel, Brandon Lang, Valerie Ragon, Amanda Stimeling, Pam Greiner and President Linda Bailey; there were no nays.
The Board also authorized administration to seek bids for two facilities projects: an exterior entrance replacement at LaSalle Elementary and a roof project at Parkview School (Roof Area #3). The Board approved a motion to submit the School Maintenance Grant application to pursue funding for building repairs and maintenance. Each motion passed on unanimous roll-call votes.
After entering executive session at 8:12 p.m. and resuming at 9:43 p.m., the Board voted to employ Brandon Park as a full‑time custodian for the 2025–26 school year. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m. All recorded votes noted six yeas and no nays.
