Tentative Robein'Creve Coeur cooperative baseball agreement discussed; board raises practice-site and transportation concerns

Bennett, Superintendent/Principal from Robein School, told the board the proposed cooperative baseball agreement between Robein School District #85 and Creve Coeur School District No. 76 would span the 2026'2027 and 2027'2028 school years and include a review after the first year. Board members said the terms were acceptable in outline but raised two issues: whether Robein would have exclusive use of Eastside Centre for practices and how transportation of student athletes would be handled.
Bennett said he intends to bring the agreement to the Robein School Board in their January 2026 meeting. President Linda Bailey requested Creve Coeur place the item on its Jan. 13, 2026 meeting agenda for further consideration. The minutes record no formal action on the item on Dec. 16, 2025.
