Creve Coeur SD 76 hires custodian, approves maintenance pay increases and settlement agreement

The Creve Coeur School District 76 Board of Education returned from executive session on Nov. 18 and approved multiple personnel actions and a negotiated settlement.
The board resumed open session at 9:26 p.m. and on motion employed Jill Potts as a custodian for the 2025–2026 school year; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with yeas from Keogel, Lang, Ragon, Stimeling, Greiner and President Linda Bailey and no nays. The board also rehired Matt Ragon as a maintenance person at an hourly rate of $35.00 and increased maintenance employee Dale Kirby's pay to $35.00 per hour; both motions passed by unanimous roll call.
In separate action the board approved a Memorandum of Understanding and Settlement Agreement among the Board of Education of Creve Coeur School District 76, the Creve Coeur Education Association and the Creve Coeur School Service Personnel Association; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with the same recorded yeas and no nays. The board adjourned at 9:28 p.m.
